First time ordering from The Spice. Got to say it exceeded our expectations and was a very tasty meal. Ordered online for collection, arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before it was due to be ready and only waited five minutes before it was ready. Very tasty indeed. Would definitely recommend and for sure we'll be going back.

We’ve had deliveries from The Spice before which have been delivered on time and tasted great. This time their delivery was just over an hour late and the food was okay but not great. Maybe we were a casualty of it being Valentine’s Night, but if it was, it shouldn’t be so.

Pretty good and tasty food, delivered on time. Lamb Peshwari was a bit tough, more mutton than lamb, but overall OK. Other dishes were good. Additional popadoms was a nice touch. Never used before but next time I'm in North Devon I'll definitely use again. Delivery driver really polite and friendly.

Ordering was easy enough, delivery time was a little quicker than advised which was not a problem. Prawn Biryani perfect, Chicken in Rogan Josh sadly a bit tough but sauce was great. Overall, I would order from The Spice again

Unfortunately The Spice was a let down for the first time. The onion salad was soft and sweating in the plastic bag it arrived in, it had been in there too long. The mint sauce was not fresh and was thickening. Lastly the chicken in my Pathia was dry not fresh. The pilau rice and naan were however, good. Poor show this time The Spice.

Food was lovely the only thing that spoilt our takeaway was mushroom bhaji x 2 that we ordered to go with our food all of us could not eat the mushroom bhaji because it far far too spicy to eat so that was wasted last time we had mushroom bhaji it was fine just right but the time before that it was like what we had delivered tonight

Our Indian was lovely I see this time when I paid for 2 mint sauces I received 1 extra one was put in making 3 I can't work it out that if you have Chicken Tikka main meal does one get a mint sauce free as I know you get a free bag of salad with the chicken Tikka you get.
